The Pennsylvania town of Gettysburg was the location of a major US Civil War battle and several Pennslvania RV parks. One can, in a manner of speaking, re-experience the historical events that transpired during that battle at the Gettysburg Battlefield Resort. Whether one goes to the Pa RV camping site overland by car, van, truck, or, obviously an RV, it is overall an uplifting experience.

Against the backdrop of the Appalachian mountains traversing Pennsylvania, Gettysburg camping represents a package of travel through time and history intermixed with fun, relaxation, and opportunities to know more about the past. Knowing more about America's history makes us appreciate the blessings of what we have today.
